Several Biotech IPOs this week

There are a handful of offerings this week along with one carryover from last week. The IPO markets continue to try and regain momentum following the shutdown slowdown.

There are 3 names up for grabs in the biotech/medical space this week and in total they are looking to raise about $300 million. The first, which is also the largest is Stealth BioTherapeutics (NASDAQ: MITO) out of Massachusetts. The company is in phase 3 trials of their mitochondrial dysfunction medication and hopes to raise about $81 million. The company will offer about 6 million shares at a range od $12 -$14.

Anchiano Therapeutics (NASDAQ: ANCN) is also a phase 3 biotech which is based in Jerusalem and focused on cancer therapies, specifically bladder based cancer. The company will be looking for $35 million by offering 2.4 million shares at a price of $14.55.

Next up is TCR2 Therapeutics (NASDAQ: TCRR) which is also out of Massachusetts. They are focused on cancer therapies and are in the early stages of development. They are looking for $75 million and will offer 5 million shares at a range of $14 - $16.

Cibus (NASDAQ: CBUS) out of California is a plant seed company with a genetic formulation offering to help the seed industry. The company is seeking $100 million and will offer 6.6 million shares at a range of $14 - $16.
