IPO Market Picks Up with Three Small Issuers

The initial public offering (IPO) market remained quiet last week, with one companies completing their public listing following the holiday. However, three small deals may begin trading in the week ahead, continuing the year's trend of micro-cap issuers.

Nano Labs Ltd. (NASDAQ: NA) plans to raise over $23 million from 1.77 million shares priced between $11.35 to $11.51 each; the company cut its previous deal size by 45% last week. The Chinese chip designer makes fabless computing chips geared for the mining of various cryptocurrencies.

Warrantee Inc. (NASDAQ: WRNT) plans to raise more than $19 million from over 2.14 million shares priced between $6 to $8 each. The Japanese company provides corporate sponsors' potential customers with extended warranty coverage and certain healthcare benefits through sponsors. Warrantee has a suite of specialized marketing and market research services, and has a limited number of corporate sponsors.

Virax Biolabs Group Ltd. (NASDAQ: VRAX) plans to raise more than $7.76 million from 1.35 million shares priced at $5 each. Operating in both the United Kingdom and Hong Kong, the company provides a portfolio of diagnostics test kits, med-tech and personal protective equipment for viral diseases.
